I'm passionate about coaching people and teams to discover the fullness of who they were created to be while courageously living into what they were created to do with others. I enjoy working with leaders and their teams to strengthen the root system of their leadership that impacts the fruitfulness of their life, leadership and organization. Helping individuals and organizations live into their truest identity is a lot of fun for me.Over the last 32 years I've served in a variety of pastoral roles in small church plants, midsize and large multi-site churches across Canada. I've also served in denominational leadership roles where I oversaw the health and development of churches, boards and the licensed ministry leaders who serve them as well as interim roles as a District Superintendent and President of a long term care home. I've also started several new organizations in partnership with others. These experiences have developed proficiencies in helping organizations and teams navigate conflict and bring about healing and transformation where possible.Experienced PCC level coach with ICF working with individuals and organizations.
