• Leverage chemical engineering experience to assist clients in completing activities that they are not equipped to execute• Work closely with clients to develop lab scale, pilot scale, or production scale process designs• Perform detailed project engineering for projects in the chemical and biological industries• Manage projects through construction and startup• Setup and run pilot plants with alkali metals such as sodium, lithium, and NaK.

• Provide process support for the Hometown, PA APCI electronics specialty gas manufacturing plant through incident investigations, hazard reviews, P&ID revisions, process calculations, data analysis, leading capital projects, and managing continuous improvement projects. • Develop and manage plant-scale projects based on R&D lab work, providing $200k-700k/yr benefit• Reduce plant utility and raw material costs through Lean/Six Sigma techniques with Yellow Belt training• Train engineers in internships and first year rotation programs, promoting a continuous learning environment• Significant achievements: Reduced helium costs by over $500M/yr, reduced KOH costs by over $700M/yr, reduced adsorbent costs by $350M/yr, reduced F2 cell repair costs by $700M/yr

• Designed multi-million dollar industrial and municipal water treatment systems• Improved system operations during project start-up and execution using process engineering techniques• Conducted on-site pilot operations and performed water testing across the country• Consulted with clients (Del Monte, Frito Lay, LANL, U.Wisc., & more) to develop project specifications
