E47 The Journey is our not for profit partnership with Destiny Builders, our for profit model, in which we encourage, enlighten and train men and women, either currently in rehabilitation, or whom are recent graduates of one of several rehabilitation programs within our community. This is done through spiritual (Christian), social and vocational training. This entails classroom, small group and hands-on labs and practical application. Students learn trades and join teams that take their skill sets into the community to perform supervised benevolent acts of kindness and tangible assistance to the elderly, the impoverished, the handicapped and the widows.

Organized and directed, on a part time basis, a practical needs ministry as an extension of Northside Community Church. A ministry to meet the tangible needs of our community. Working with several other churches and organizations, we met the home and life needs of many of our neighbors through home repairs and renovations, a food pantry, and spiritual guidance and mentoring.
