While working on a top tier comah site, working and understanding the main principle of document control standards, ISO 9000, ISO 14001. I am responsible for the safe handling of raw material and finished goods chemicals through its full process. Adhering to batch manufacturing record instructions, I'm responsible for pressure testing and inerting vessels manually and by d.c.s systems before transferring product safely from one vessel to another, distilling, monitoring levels, calcium chloride systems and temperatures . Tanker loading/unloading while working under permits and following health and safety protocol. Taking samples and using various qc lab equipment and logging in sample results is part of my daily process responsibilities. Ive attended and passed many courses to improve my skill set, including a mechanical joint integrity course that includes line breaks and general maintenance of the plant. I am also part of the emergency response first aid team for which I successfully passed an intense 3 day course on how to deal with various emergency incidents and accidents. This involved packing deep wounds, applying tourniquets, I gels and using defibrillator equipment while keeping calm in emergency response situations.
