Each day brings a new opportunity to grow and be better than the day before. Working within the healthcare field I get the opportunity to make a difference with so many lives and many lives that I will never get to meet. I have had the ability to work with those who struggle to put food on the table each night for their families all the way to those who run multi-billion dollar hospital systems. I love listening to stories and understanding where they came from. We ALL have a story. Getting a Masters in Health Administration I learned the value of wanting to do more and crate opportunity from within. I have the ability to relate to so many different people at any level to try and hear their needs and their wants. A CEO's want may sound more complicated than a Customer Service rep, but at the end of the day they want to make sure they are doing everything they can to help and benefit those around them each day. Like Kobe Bryant once said, "It's the one thing you can control, you are responsible for how people remember you - or don't. So don't take it lightly."
