♦ Managing Stocktaking Budget within the whole Division♦ Ensuring Contracts within my remit return improved Gross Margin (North from 18% GM to 27.6% GM, South from 16% GM to 29.7% GM)♦ Report directly to Director’s Board with 7 direct reports (7 regions), 12 indirect reports and approximately 700 employees across UK and Ireland♦ Daily liaison with the Deployment Team at Head Office to ensure the correct Management and Field Operative skills are available to clients as required 7 days a week♦ Working closely with other Heads of Departments to improve Group efficiency♦ Striving for ever increasing operational efficiency, innovation and strategic projects♦ Human Resources, conducting grievance hearings, investigations and determinations up to and including dismissals

♦ Managing Stocktaking Budget within the Southern regions♦ Close co-ordination with the Scheduling Team to plan counts to match client requirements with skills and manpower availability within regions♦ Analysing productivity data and optimising staffing and regions’ capacity♦ Maintaining working knowledge of the industry including challenges and opportunities in the Sector♦ Designing new processes and technologies to improve quality, increase productivity or profitability♦ Recruiting, interviewing and coaching staff at all the levels♦ Creating policies to help achieve strategic goals and coordinate business operations to fulfil Customer expectations

♦ Reporting directly to Head of Operations♦ Create and implement an inventory procedures for the Region in conjunction with Head of Operations♦ Full site P&L control, making commercial decisions and balancing the needs for revenue and profit♦ Main point of Health and Safety escalation process within the region – accidents, defects, hazards or other incidents with personal and legal responsibility to inform the Accident Reporting Centre♦ Encourage and maintain excellent levels of customer service at all times♦ Coaching, developing, and motivating direct team to achieve success

♦ Control of Stock Audits across a divers’ client base conducted by an average of 10 direct and 100 indirect reports♦ Ensure Stock Counts meet pre-determined KPIs♦ Ensuring Contracts within the remit return improved Gross Margin♦ Calculate timesheets for all staff on shifts and ensure payment is processed in timely manners♦ Maintaining successful working relationships with both internal and external customers
