Resource Planning, Temporary Assignment-General Manager-OKCOZ, Manage Lobby, Gates, Ramp

I had responsibilty for personel and non-personel budgets for approximately 40 stations in the United Airlines domestic network. After determing budgets, I made presentations to Station Management, Regional Vice-Presidents, and Managing Director of Business Managment. These locations included O'Hare and Denver International Airport. Partocipated in time and motion studies to determine standards for line weights in the lobby and gate area. I also assisted in determining standrds for loading and unloading bags planeside.

I had operational reesponsibilty for 8+ gates at O'Hare International Airport. The responsibilities included On-Time departures, communicating issues with Customer Service, Ramp Service, Mainteance, Catering, and the Gate Controller. I assigned delay codes for aircraft departing late. I monitored delay codes and identified trends. I supervised and wrote evaluations for Load Planners assined to my zone.

I assisted passengers with ticketing and Check-In. I was load planner which included wieght and balance of aircraft. I load/unloaded aircraft to include bags and mail. I assisted passengers with lost bags. I did interior cleaning of aircraft to include servicing Lavs and potable water.
