As the Team Lead for our online Learning Management System (LMS), Blackboard, I was responsible for ensuring that our LMS system was operating at peak performance levels at all time. In this position I was performing the same duties as I was when I was a Computer Systems Administrator but with increased autonomy to make technical decisions involving the LMS environment. I am also responsible for managing the team that helps support to the LMS as System Administrators.
