We aim to bring innovative loan structuring technology and expertise from the upper-mid and large cap financing markets and deliver it to SMEs operating in the UK lower mid-market.We work on a direct origination approach, primarily acting as sole lender. This enables us to craft a bespoke, tailored financing solution to suit each clients needs. We employ a fundamental, bottom-up approach to credit analysis which ensures that our due diligence process is targeted and efficient.Our business is 100% owned by its senior management, who together have over 80 years experience in the sourcing, execution, distribution and management of loans with an aggregate total value of more than £70 billion.
