I have over 30 years of experience as a dispatcher for aftermarket automotive jobbers in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) and southern Ontario, I have honed my skills in providing timely service in a highly competitive industry. Transitioning into the role of Warehouse Supervisor for nearly 2 years, I have successfully managed inventory control, scheduled warehouse staff and drivers, and overseen fleet maintenance operations.Now, as an assistant manager and the mentorship of my current manager, I am continuously enhancing my management skill set through on-the-job training, self-study using relevant literature, and professional development initiatives. Recently completing a Business Essentials certificate course from Harvard Business School, I have strengthened my strategic and operational acumen to drive organizational success.My expertise extends to staff scheduling, inventory management, and process implementation, enabling me to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
