I make progress with others on complex and long-standing environmental challenges using communication and incisive technical and practical analysis. To build trust and confidence between parties with different interests and concerns, I seek and encourage collaboration on and execution of early actions. I have overseen development of new programs to address both persistent and emerging issues. I work to cultivate common understanding and motivation to reach durable decisions between local, state, and national governmental and non-governmental organizations, businesses, and elected officials.
