• Configured Juniper firewall VPN client access for telecommuting and built three site-to-site VPN connections.• Managed AD and hosted DNS server’s replication between multiple locations. Monitored and performed network storage backups and created disaster recovery plan. • Migrated 27 server and 415 workstations to new Windows 2003 domain.• Created two child domains deployed in Europe and set Active Directory replication between them via VPN connection.• Configured DMZ server to be primary DNS server for the new domain and child domains.• Built new Exchange 2003 server in new domain and migrated the old domains Exchange 2000 IS and Public Folders.• Configured GroupShield 6.0 with built-in SpamKiller to run on the new Exchange 2003 server.• Deployed RIM 3.6 Blackberry Enterprise Server, with 30 users and upgraded to version 4.0.• Upgraded Citrix 1.8 to Metaframe XP, and installed second Metaframe XP server and configured load balancing. • Migrated 220 Novell users from a Novell Netware 3.12 environment to Microsoft NT 4.0 and moved the e-mail system from MS Mail to Microsoft Exchange 5.5. • Deployed MS Office 97 Pro on 220+ workstations, and upgraded email client from MSMail to Outlook 97.• Replaced NT 3.51 Server, running Citrix 1.7, with NT 4.0 Terminal Server, running Citrix 1.8 and configured Citrix to run published applications through NFuse or Citrix Program Neighborhood. • Installed and configured RAS on the Citrix Metaframe 1.8 server, connectivity is through eight 56K modems.• Migrated Exchange 5.5 to new Exchange 2000 server.• Built Windows 2000 IIS server, running ColdFusion 5.0 and another Windows 2000 server running SQL 2000.• Incorporated Linux 7.0 server running samba into our Windows environment as a file, proxy and cache server.
