New die build, die improvements and trouble shooting

Manage resources and personnel to meet tool room production schedules, productivity targets, quality targets and safety objective Responsible for all aspects and functions related tool room production while complying with the requirements/procedures Determine priorities to support production initiatives and assign related tasks Ensure all equipment is maintained effectively through preventive maintenance.Be responsible for conceptual and final design of all Lean equipment including; fabrication, fixtures, moving line accessories, etc. Provide support to all existing or new fabrication / assembly dies, molds, jigs, gauges, tooling, fixtures, etc. Resolve technical problems and maintain high levels of quality tooling / equipment through workmanship, ensuring proper compliance with safety, including; use of safety equipment Ensure tools / equipment will produce quality parts within tolerances Troubleshoot and correct problems with tooling / equipment by taking action to reduce repair and scrap costs Participate in preventative tool maintenance Perform other related duties, as required
