Provided financial leadership to the private equity backed growth business through a carve out of a large segment of the business in a strategic sale in 2016, an acquisition of a strategic healthcare IT business, and a strategic sale to a public company at 6X revenue while maintaining a 30% revenue CAGR for the core business. The leadership team navigated a change in CEO and performed a detailed strategic review led by a leading management consulting firm in 2018 and executed that strategic plan until the exit in 2021. I led the transition of the finance team from a manual, error-prone finance shop to an efficient, highly leveraged group handling exponentially more volume, creating valuable/leverageable data, reducing errors and past due accounts while reducing overall headcount from 12 to 6. Reimagined the customer to cash process, created a customized customer-level dataset within our ERP that provided an accurate and scalable billing platform as well as detail metrics for customer bookings, customer growth, NDR (Net Dollar Retention) and churn.
