I retired from working for others' companies in early 2020 to work full time and enjoy growing my own company.My background includes over forty years of manufacturing experience with progressing responsibility, including over ten years in Operations Management at the Manufacturing, General (Division) Manager, and CEO level, with full P&L, Engineering, Sales, Product Development, and Production responsibilities for small single and multi-facility ISO/QS/AS companies. After a rewarding time with one manufacturing company, I was fortunate to be able to work with a variety of companies either in transition, or with manufacturing difficulties, taking them through to success. After taking some time off to enjoy scuba diving, family and a return to school full time for two years, I returned to the manufacturing sector in 2005, first in supervision then shortly thereafter in Manufacturing Management, Engineering, and Sales. I started a small prototyping shop as a sideline in 2012.
