After a rewarding time with one manufacturing company, I was fortunate to be able to work with a variety of companies either in transition, or with manufacturing difficulties, taking them through to success. After taking some time off to enjoy scuba diving, family and a return to school full time for two years, I returned to the manufacturing sector in 2005, first in supervision then shortly thereafter in Manufacturing Management, Engineering, and Sales. I started a small prototyping shop as a sideline in 2012.
