After joining RME as a Storesperson – General, quick promotion saw me quickly take on the role of Inventory Control Officer. Apart from tasks relating to Inventory Control such as Cycle counting, Inventory Investigations and Stocktaking, I took on the additional responsibilities of researching and writing detailed Work Instructions, Quality investigations and problem solving. In early 2014 I volunteered to train as a Quality Auditor for an internal audit program created to ensure continued compliance to the ISO9001 Quality accreditation. Following redundancy of the Inventory Control Officer position I was selected to continue with RME as a Master Data Officer, ensuring the accurate and efficient population of critical data field for Inventory items. I continued to research and write all Work Instruction and Procedure documents for the supply Chain function at RME.

During my time at Eastmon Digital, i was responsible for a warehouse distributing Digital cameras and related accessories to Photographic retails stores around Australia and New Zealand. I used methods from E-Myth and Lean Manufacturing business process management systems to increase Inventory accuracy and the effectiveness of pick-pack and dispatch process to maximise customer satisfaction for around 80 retail stores.I was responsible for the research, implementation, documentation and review of all warehouse processes.I also took on the extra responsibilities of Production Team Leader and Account Manager for sister company Photo Create. As Production Team Leader, i was responsible for rostering and mentoring a team to achieve production goals for the company. As Account Manager, i was responsible for maintaining customer relations between Photo Create and retail customers for photographic gift products.
