I have an MBA and a data scientist certificate from Illinois State University, and over 16 years of experience in various roles at Ticketmaster.My core competencies are event operations, system performance, customer service, and team leadership. I am passionate about solving complex problems, streamlining processes, enhancing system performance, and leading teams to succeed. In the last two years, I spearheaded the expansion of marketplace support operational processes to include Mexico, coordinated a major system upgrade that doubled the capacity for the Mexico market, and executed an overhaul of Mexico's payment processing structure to support specific credit card brands.
