I have an MBA and a data scientist certificate from Illinois State University, and over 16 years of experience in various roles at Ticketmaster.My core competencies are event operations, system performance, customer service, and team leadership. I am passionate about solving complex problems, streamlining processes, enhancing system performance, and leading teams to succeed.
