I have been worked in Market Kitchen Restaurant between March 2014 and September 2015 and enjoyed my time here. I have enjoyed experiencing a food and beverage operation outside of a hotel as this is a Gastro Pub and Restaurant.This was a new experience for me and I had to adapt to a change of style of service as it tended to be a busier and quicker service style than my previous places of work. This is something that will be of greater benefit to me in the future as I have learned to give a more efficient service style when necessary.

I carried out my internship in the Kensington Hotel, London where I gained great knowledge in the food and beverage industry. I worked under some terrific managers there and learned some fantastic management techniques that I will use in my future role as a manager.

I worked in Mount Falcon Estate as a waiter working in the food and beverage industry.I worked in different types of functions such as weddings and golf tournaments along with working during dinner and breakfast service.I gained vast amounts of knowledge here as it was my first position as a waiter.
