Current responsibilities focus on growing and diversifying Allison’s business development opportunities by proactively identifying and assessing new business opportunities as well as planning for contingencies. Included in this activity is the development of key relationships with potential partner and target companies as well as being a lead in the corporate strategic planning process.

Led global corporate regulatory efforts centering around mobile source emissions impacts. Formalized Allison’s emissions regulatory approach with global OEMs and key industry partners. Liaison with global government agencies including providing company responses/feedback to proposed emissions regulations.

Accountable for managing North American off-highway distribution (selling) channel. Responsibilities include negotiating annual pricing and supply agreements as well as various commercial agreements to drive business segment growth.

Directed cross-functional program management team in the advancement of Allison's hybrid program. Areas of focus included profitability, reliability, customer enthusiasm, and technological advancements.

Responsible for coordinating, consolidating and analyzing financial reporting and budgets for outside North America business units.

Coordinated the establishment of multi-region legal entities utilizing program management skills to successfully achieve due dates and timeline deliverables.

Facilitated and compiled annual corporate budget as well as consolidated monthly income statement forecasting across all functions.

Lead analyst in charge of distribution alliance venture approved and implemented by GM Board of Directors.

Responsible for consolidation of $1B+ structural cost budget and forecast.

Managed branch offices in Lafayette and Indianapolis, Indiana; including >$3M consumer and commercial loan portfolios.
