Greg Marconi joined Newmark in 2015 as a part of Houston’s corporate services and tenant representation division. I joined Stream Realty Partners in 2013 as a member of the firm’s Tenant Representation team in Houston. My primary responsibilities are to provide corporate clients with cost reducing strategies through brokerage and consulting services. These services, among many others specifically developed to meet the needs of the firm’s clientele, include strategic planning, budget development, market expertise, and various types of negotiations. In my practice, I use knowledge accompanied by unparalleled customer service to continually exceed my client’s expectations. My business is predicated upon a keen attention to detail. As a member of the Finial Group’s office tenant representation team, I was responsible for acquiring and developing key relationships and advising clients on the most cost effective work space solutions for their office needs. My roles in these transactions included market research, lease analysis and negotiations, financial analysis, work space planning and value based recommendations. I also assisted clients in various acquisitions and dispositions based upon the companies future projections and goals.
