Single family homes starting at 5,000 sq. ft. on up.•Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques.•Select tools, materials and equipment and track inventory•Review the work progress on a daily basis. Walk sites daily to identify any structural or architectural plan deviations and verify projects are built per plan, meeting all local building codes.•Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status. Generate weekly progress reports. Review all vendors, subcontractors and builders invoices and extras. •Manage all framing, cornice, window and door crews. •Plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones.•Analyze, manage and mitigate risks.•Make sure all projects run smoothly and trouble free. •Meet contractual conditions of performance and maintain a high level of customer service.
