Retain accounts by addressing potential cancellations and offering catered solutions to maintain account status.-Enhance customer satisfaction ratings by resolving technical, on-site and account disputes efficiently.

By creating a sustainable global online presence on social media platforms for BMW/MINI South Africa. -Collaborate with internal marketing departments and public relations teams on engaging social and online content for new vehicle releases, product features and promotional campaign releases.-Track and monitor each social media campaign performance to improve the organisations overall ROI.-Analysis current media statements, trend analysis, bounce rates, and identifying key communicators in online social changes. -Attending to crisis management situations by working alongside the after-sales division to ensure customer queries are resolved and online support is provided.-Managing paid social media channels and pay-per-click advertising to promote awareness and traffic each online platform.-Compiling research content, managing responses, which are presented to senior management in order to help transform the overall online strategic direction for the company.

Roles and responsibilities: -Ensuring that all BMW Group clientele are managed, long after their point of purchase. This is communicated to customers by providing detailed, accurate responses and technical information in adherence to the quality and standards of the BMW Group and the South African automotive industry. -Examining all action call requests within client services. This includes, lead generation, financial services, case management, campaign management, customer information management and handling of specialised communication mailboxes within the BMW Aftersales department. -Ensuring that the correct escalation process is adhered to internally and externally within the BMW Group. -Logging, of all information on the relevant software programmes used to capture details and information requests -Forwarding qualified sales leads, brochure requests and test drive requests To the dealer network and relevant parties. -Ensuring that individual SLA targets and requirements are met or exceeded.-Liaising with the relevant technical area managers or account managers, in situations where detailed reports are required to be authorised. -Building and developing strong relationships within the BMW/MINI/Motorrad dealership network. -Scheduling meeting requests between customers, dealership and internal departments. -Compiling daily skillset reports and individual agent reports. -Providing weekly feedback regarding case management files, to the line manager. -Creating and developing new policies and procedures within the aftersales division to help create and improve existing protocols and procedures.
