Swindon is a 550 bed first wave PFI facility and Oxford is a Standard Form 3 onerous PFI contract that completed the first year of operation penalty and deduction free, providing 300 beds providing Regional Speciality Departments including Head and Neck, Maxillofacial and Children's Unit, 14 Operating Theatres and three ITU departments.
