Bought in to initially lead out thre RFP process for the Metadata mission which is looking to manage the metadata across all Telstra systems and apply a level of governance around this entire program of work.

As Senior Planning Lead for TC&P, I am responsible for leading the Product Owners and planning community to ensure TC&P delivers the strategic outcomes set at the function level. I achieve this by developing a comprehensive framework that consists of understanding the finance, resources and ensuring the right OKR's are in play to achieve the required strategic outcomes for the group.

I currently have two roles. Part of my role is as a Chapter Lead within Strategy and Finance Planning & Performance Chapter and the other part of my role is the QBR Program Manager for GBS. In this role, I am responsible for managing the strategic planning and the teams that drive the Quarterly Business Review (QBR) process for all Global Business Services (GBS). This involves working in tandem with Executives and the QBR Central Team to coordinate and produce Quarterly Game Plans for all 13 lines of business within GBS.

I was responsible for the eSIM Program of Work within the Product & Technology Group, delivering new technology and products to both retail and small to medium business customers (SMB) as well as Enterprise Customers.The program of work contained 3 major streams which followed the Product Roadmap with a combined budget of $40m+. These streams were eSIM enabled wearables, eSIM enabled tablets and 2-in-1 devices and eSIM enabled mobile phones. Telstra needs to support these devices on the network and offer great digital activation products to customers.As the E2E Program Manager, I had the overall responsibility to develop and execute on this program of work from business case to delivery.

Energy Australia (EA) has partnered with the Velocity Frequent Flyer (VFF) Program to entice new customers to Energy Australia with the offer of Frequent Flyer points when they join up for Electricity, Gas or both fuels. Managed Technology Projects for ANZAs a member of delivery Services Project Team, I have been completely responsible for the delivery of approximately 8 projects over a 3 year period however I’ve worked on many more. These projects have ranged in size and complexity and have been for both new initiatives within ANZ as well as upgrades or enhancements to existing systems.My most notable success was my latest project, the Esanda Vehicle Inspection System (VIS) Replacement project which came in 4% under budget and on time with the expected quality from the business and all requirements having been met or exceeded.

As a member of the Enterprise Services Project Team, (now S&IM) I managed the infrastructure projects for approximately 15 projects during my tenure in this role. Most of these initiatives ranged from 50K projects to several million dollars.
