Strambecco.com is a night and weekend passion project. The purpose of the site/brand is to help endurance athletes and enthusiasts find "THE BEST" events and multi-day experiences the world over, spanning a range of sports categories. Those events or races you plan, train, and travel for. The site has been inspired by a love for endurance sports and all the great personal benefits one derives from doing hard things, often with your best pals. It has also been inspired by a love of seeing our country and the world through the backroads and trails, and the inspiration and motivation one derives from participating in the “Peak” events and experiences, or what you might consider “bucket listers.”

Bitcentral is a leading provider of digital media content management and distribution solutions to the Broadcast industry — combining proven broadcast and network computing technologies to enable end-to-end all-digital workflows. Bitcentral has a record of innovation in the broadcast industry and client base includes networks such as CNN, MBN and Fox; station groups such as Nexstar, Gray, Hearst, Televisa, Tegna, and powers hundreds of local television stations. Greg led all facets of day-to-day operations while also serving on the companies BOD.

HealthiNation is an award-winning health video platform that inspires people all over the globe to start living healthier and happier lives. GoodRX acquired HealthiNation in April, 2021 realizing an excellent return for investors and stakeholders.

Following Purch exit and a sabbatical, Greg founded a consultancy offering an array of advisory services spanning: Digital Transformation; Strategic Planning; Organization Design; Buy/Sell-Side M&A; M&A Integation; CEO/Executive Coaching; Corporate Positioning. Engagements included Bauer Media, Vericity (Nasdaq: VERY), Playsight Interactive, StackCommerce, and others. Greg also used this period to form an entity, Strambecco Ventures, to develop and acquire business's in the active outdoor industry.

Greg led the acquisition and development of Business.com, BuyerZone, and BusinessNewsDaily while CEO of Purch. These assets formed the foundation of the highly successful BtoB group within Purch. Business.com became the successor company following the sale of the Purch brand and consumer business to Future PLC. Business.com was sold to Centerfield Media in Dec, 2020.

Purch was acquired by Future PLC in Sept 18'. Prior to the successful sale, as CEO/Director, Greg led all facets of PE/VC backed PURCH’s development into a leading digital publishing and marketplace platform uniquely positioned at the intersection of content, commerce, and services. Under Greg’s leadership the company: Grew revenue 5X to over $125M while remaining profitable; Grew audience from 30M to 100M+ unique monthly users; Architected a diversified business model with recurring and predictable commerce derived revenue streams; Developed the most advanced publisher monetization tech platform in the industry. He also led a successful recapitalization and later the sale of Purch to Future PLC.

General management & executive committee role overseeing editorial, product, marketing, and client services for WebMD consumer brand portfolio reaching 90+ Million consumers every month -- WebMD, Medicinenet, emedicinehealth, and rxlist.

10+ years at CNET Inc. and CBS Interactive following the $1.8B acquisition by CBS. Greg held a variety of positions throughout his tenure culminating in the divisional GM role overseeing CBSi’s largest ($200M Revenue & 800 Staff) and most profitable business unit and brand portfolio: CNET, ZDNET, TechRepublic, CBSNews.com, BNET, CBSMoneyWatch. He also led the launch of BNET and CBSMoneyWatch brands.
