The two of us would then meet with other department leads to discuss our plans on how to deliver quality animation within a reasonable time frame. If my work load became too big for whatever reason during the production Greg would take on some of that burden. He would assign animation shots to in-house staff, and would also participate in Skype meetings with our overseas animation outsource company Mindwalk Studios. Over-all Greg was truly a pleasure to work with and I would highly recommend him to any studio."
