I was one of the software testers that studied the new features being implemented for the upcoming release of the application. I tested these new features to insure that they worked as designed in both platforms in the Macintosh and Windows Operating System. If there were certain anomalies (bugs), I would confer with the software engineers to show them the detailed steps of how these irregularities occur. In addition, I had the responsibility of gathering reported problems being submitted by our beta tester around the country and in other places in the world. I would duplicate and trouble shoot these reported problems and confer with the engineers about these issues.

I was responsible for scanning and converting confidential documents into electronic format (PDF). The scanned documents where Optically Character Recognized (OCR). So once uploaded to the server, they can be search and query by the user looking for certain information about Pharmaceutical Companies. In addition to validating data, I was responsible for customizing and modifying the scanning software using Visual Basic.

I was responsible for creating and modifying existing AutoCad drawings that were originally conceived by the electrical engineers. In addition to these, I was also responsible for creating customized commands using Visual Basic (Integrated in AutoCAD). In addition, I also assisted in creating prototypes for specific clients. I was also responsible for maintaining and storing all drawings using Microsoft Access.
