The initial focus of the Senior Category Manager – Subcontractors will be to deliver savings to business divisions, reduce risk and improve the procurement process. Subcontracted Services is a greenfield procurement area within ISS Pacific and has historically been decentralised and managed by local ISS operations. With the full support of the executive leadership team, subcontractors will now be a centralised category led by the Supply Chain and Procurement function. The position will be responsible for the end to end development and implementation of a category strategy, including baseline analysis, RFx, negotiation, award and transition.
