Responsible for Managing Sub-Contract Packages; ensuring compliance with Health & Safety, Quality etc. Have worked on various contracts throughout the North East including North Durham Academy (£27 Million), St Joseph's RC School Hebburn (£25 Million), and Baltic Place Gateshead (£22 Million)

Worked on Various North East Sites including; Redcar & Cleveland PFI Schools, Easter Properties Cramlington and Baltic Place Gateshead. Duties included all aspects of Setting out, Quality Assurance, Health & Safety adherence, managing sub-contractors, site engineers and direct labour.

Newastle - Student Accommodation

Site Engineer on £24 Million Student Accommodation Development. Responsible for all aspects of Engineering, Setting out, Quality control etc. Also involved with Managing Sub-Contractors, Site Inductions, Safety Inspections etc.

Involved with the following projects: Broken Scar WTW Darlington, Unity City Academy Middlesbrough, Nursing home Darlington, Waste Transfer Station Alnwick. Responsible for all aspects of setting out, implementing Quality Assurance and Health and Safety Procedures, Assisting Site Management and supervising trainee engineers
