Greg McCoskey is an attorney and business consultant that provides counseling to businesses within various stages of the corporate life cycle. He relies upon and builds from his experience as a partner at two commercial law firms in Florida for almost 20 years, where he focused his practice on business disputes, complex commercial litigation, and management of corporate affairs. During that time, he also served those firms and his community in a variety of leadership positions, most notably as president of a mid-sized, Tampa-based law firm where he was responsible for all aspects of business operation including strategic planning, financial reporting, credit maintenance, commercial leasing, and employee benefits. Prior to its acquisition by the Covius family of companies in late 2021, Greg served as Lead General Counsel for Nationwide Title Clearing, Inc., a national post-closing document servicing company in the residential mortgage industry. Greg currently serves as Retained General Counsel for Ideal Gas, a St. Augustine-based commercial propane company; as Retained General Counsel for Mogean, Inc., an Atlanta-based technology company that generates sophisticated data analytics from developing mobile technologies; and as counsel to a number of other small and mid-sized businesses in need of sophisticated corporate counsel.Greg holds an MBA from the University of Georgia, and he is a Certified Public Accountant, licensed in Georgia.
