Conduct white glove examination of finished proposals, including supervising and verifying product delivery or upload. Organize and execute proposal efforts for a Service-Disabled, Veteran-Owned Small Business, resulting in winning over $289.4M in prime contract business to date, with a peak throughput of 11 simultaneous proposal efforts. Prepare the proposal process for control under the company’s Quality Management System (QMS), in accordance with ISO 9001:2015 standards. Plan and conduct the proposal process, including: proposal preparation, scheduling, preparing win themes, customer hot buttons and discriminators, outlining responses, and directing the work of technical writing and review teams.

Directed the work, business capture and development of Acquisition Management programs in the Naval Aviation mission area, encompassing the work of 160 employees plus subcontractors, with $53M in estimated annual revenue.
