Create the very best Tournaments, work with field owners in setting up/reserving fileds for tournaments, create a State website for all teams to refer to for tournaments, rules, etc....use social media to interract with all Girls Fastpitch followers. Work with major companies in having them sponsor tournaments and or donate prizes to teams. Helps tremendously in building a positive raport with companies, teams and most importantly the parents with the products!
