As the Consumer Services Manager for Bankers Trust at the Grimes location. I am responsible for managing and anticipating the needs of the branch, including driving sales, stellar customer service, complying with regulations and policy requirements, and focusing on expanding the branch's customer base. I actively coach, lead and motivate employees, directing them to effectively identify the financial needs of customers while fostering a customer-centered branch environment. I also expand the branch's customer base, originate budgets, analyze branch profitability, and oversee the facility management. I build meaningful relationships with the people I serve by learning the customer’s goals and needs and making appropriate bank product and service recommendations. I am empowered to effect real change at work, in personal lives, and in the community. My position requires evening and weekend availability for community and bank sponsored events.

As the Assistant Branch Manager, I worked collaboratively with the Consumer Services Manager to provide leadership and deliver strong customer sales and service. I complied with operational policies and procedures, achieved branch sales and operational goals, and provide direction to branchemployees. I assisted in interviewing, selecting and training new employees, determining pay andwork hours, directing daily work, monitoring or implementing compliance measures, administeringdiscipline, evaluating performance and advising on hiring and termination decisions. I closelymonitored branch financial activities, performed audits, reviewed reports, manage cash levels, enforced banking regulations and oversaw bank security measures. I used problem-solving techniques to handlecustomer and staff questions and concerns throughout the day, and recommend financial products andservices to customers.
