As a Project Manager for Nth Degree, I have successfully handled exhibit and convention projects for top Fortune 500 companies and their corporate executives across the Nation. I work very closely with our customers through the planning, development and execution of premier exhibits to ensure our clients develop a strong brand and loyal customer following. I provide input and advice on budgeting and project planning – helping customers develop realistic and accurate budget estimates and workable timelines. Often customers call on me to consult with exhibit design companies in the creation of a successful exhibit that meets the goals of the client. I successfully manage and support projects that include state-of-the-art technology (AV, IT, networking, electronics, etc.). I ensure that all projects stay within budget and timelines while providing a high level of customer service from installation to dismantle, which includes management of logistics, shipping, and security. All of my jobs require me to successfully direct and manage labor and union resources, and ensure accurate reporting before, during and after events. I have received recognition from a number of industries and from customers for my high level of performance.
