The Firm was founded in 2009 to provide clients with independent and unbiased fact-based insights and advice. We ground our recommendations in bespoke quantitative research on what really drives long term share prices rather than relying on academic theory. Decades of experience and research have allowed us to develop a proprietary operational framework that links an economic cash flow based measure of performance to five current and future drivers of value. With our proprietary strategic framework, we have successfully advised many clients over many years and have detailed knowledge of how to produce significant benefits. We uncover the root causes of performance gaps by identifying weaknesses in resource allocation, management processes and organizational barriers to long-term value creation and we fix them.
