A geologist with over 25 years experience, Greg has held senior leadership roles for ASX-listed resource exploration and mining companies in Western Australia and Australia. Greg’s experience includes serving on boards and executive teams for ASX-listed resource companies including Cassini Resources and Blackham Resources.Greg has been responsible for exploration and development of resources in gold, iron ore and base metals for junior resources companies including Cazaly Resources.Specific skills and experience include IPOs, technical expertise in exploration including preparation of Independent Geological Reports, project management and acquisitions. Greg also has extensive experience in the exploration and delineation of mineral resources and has led successful teams in the discovery of new gold, iron ore and base metal resources. During his career, Greg has demonstrated a strong track record in the areas of corporate, technical, governance, financial, marketing, legal and stakeholder value creation at leadership and operational levels across numerous commodities and mineral provinces in broad portfolios ranging from early stage exploration to development projects.Greg is a former Executive Director of Cassini Resources Ltd, where he led the Company’s technical team through the acquisition and early study phases of the West Musgrave Project and exploration of the Yarawindah Brook Project and Mount Squires Project. Cassini was acquired by OZ Minerals in October 2020 via a Scheme of Arrangement worth approximately $100M.Greg led the successful IPO of Caspin Resources Limited which was the demerger vehicle of OZ Minerals takeover of Cassini Resources.
