Responsible for performing the following Cost and Schedule duties:- Develop and maintain scheduling for various projects.- Perform critical path analysis through CPM.- Establish and maintain Work Breakdown Structures to monitor project costs.- Establish and maintain Earned Value Performance reports and assist Project Managers with computing the forecast at completion.- Assist project management in monthly reporting of project status to clients.- Budget and control all cost and schedules at the WBS/cost code level utilizing JD Edwards, P6 and Excel software.- Manage all schedules using P6, which are cost and resource loaded.- Manage cost control functions utilizing budgets, commitments, actuals, accruals, estimates to complete, etc.- Perform internal status reporting and billing management.

Responsibilities include:-Provide scheduling support to Civil, Defense, and National Security agency clients within the US government. Maintain responsibility for baseline schedule development and progress schedule reporting. Interpret cost and schedule variance using generally accepted EVM tools and methodologies, perform critical path analysis of the schedule, and prepare for potential changes from the baseline plan. Assist with earned value implementation, including organizing the work, developing integrated cost and schedule baselines, updating forecasts, and performing monthly analysis, and assist in the implementation of scope changes
