This has shaped our Fraxtar 3D technology controls the generation and delivery of Chlorine Dioxide (ClO2) at precise concentrations.Our Fraxtar trailer is a mobile water treatment plant/process that treats water using Chlorine Dioxide to remove all bacteria from the water that is used in hydraulic fracturing. The Fraxtar technology operates in real-time with 1,489 points of continuous measurements with a proprietary, custom-built operating system at flow rates of over 345 barrels per minute (BPM). The Fraxtar system is the safest, most advanced form of water treatment using Chlorine Dioxide that has ever been developed for hydraulic fracturing.Fraxtar is also the center piece in our Water Recycling Systems. X-Chem has developed and built multiple Produced Water and Flowback recycle systems throughout the United States and soon will be International. Our Recycle Centers recovers oil, removes solids and produces a premier frac water at rates in excess of 30,000 bbls per day. Never before has this water quality and quantity been achievable at a cost that is less than fresh water and disposal cost. Customers on record saving over $450,000 per well.

Hired a staff of supervisors, drivers along with all needed support staff. We built a great team that had immediate success. The trucking division met and exceeded all its goals. Today this division includes multiple logistics solutions for Oil and Gas industry including Roll-Off Trucks and HydroVac Services.
