QSI Facilities was recently acquired by Cushman & Wakefield. Again, my role has remained mostly the same. I manage digital marketing, email marketing, e-commerce, graphic design, web design, social media, branding, and trade show production for their specialty services department.

Pecan Grove Solutions was acquired by QSI Facilities and my role remained mostly the same. We became a specialty services subdivision and I continued my role in digital marketing, e-commerce, graphic design, web design, and trade show production. I also assisted QSI with new branding of additional company acquisitions.

Originally hired to help grow the company, I managed service for a few stores in FL and grew the account nationwide to cover more than 1200 locations. After a few years of account management, we increased our staff and I handed off my position to further develop company growth. I built the company website, developed two e-commerce sites, handled trade show.

In 2009, North American Pet Products acquired the assets of CASCO Group, and I was one of those assets. I continued working in the customer service department and under a new marketing manager. I developed user manuals, promotional materials, and catalogs for aquarium systems and pet products. I also handled customer calls and dispatched service.
