Alaska’s first ever Landfill Gas to Energy project. -Doyon Utilities allowed me the opportunity to operate and maintain their brand new Landfill Gas Processing Plant, Landfill Gas Power Plant.-Process landfill methane through multi stage blowers and a series of heat exchangers.-Maintain the Gas Processing skid and operate it to maintain constant pressure.

Beluga

-Very fortunate Chugach Electric offered me a temporary summer job during their annual outage at their Beluga Power Plant. -Assist in overhaul maintenance on Unit 7 turbine and associated equipment.-Fly out to the remote plant for week on week off rotations. -Excellent craftsman and millwrights on the project made it an experience to be remembered.

Kuparuk

-Thanks to ASRC Energy I was able to experience the North Slope and work at their Kuparuk CPF 2 location. -Prepare for CPF shutdown and renovations.-Perform flange management to identify and help coordinate expeditious repairs to accommodate minimal downtime of processing facility.-Various training for confined space, hazwoper, LOTO, respirator, energy.
