I am presently attending American Public University, enrolled in the Legal Studies (B.S. Degree) program with an emphasis on Criminal Support. I have a certificate in paralegal studies from Auburn University Center for Legal Studies, which prepared me for the legal profession with practical and theoretical knowledge, enhancing my skills in legal research and writing using a variety of databases including Westlaw and LexisNexis Before enrolling at APU, I worked for over a combined six years as a historic interpreter at The Colonial Williamsburg Foundation, where I engaged and educated visitors about the history and culture of colonial America. This experience sharpened my communication, research, and customer service skills, and ignited my interest in the legal and political aspects of the colonial era. I am eager to apply my skills and knowledge to the contemporary legal field, and to contribute to the mission and values of a reputable law firm or organization.
