During my tenure as Senior Team Leader and Project Manager for ArcVision, Inc. I was directly responsible for the leadership and management of our high volume retail and restaurant programs (at times 150+ locations annually) and managing our design teams from our four (4) offices. I have a solid track record and proven ability to manage all types of projects including, but not limited to, corporate retail and restaurant ground up construction, new tenant finish and tenant improvements, large and small scale remodels (interior and exterior), non-traditional locations (airports; universities etc) and coordinating these high volume projects from conceptual development phase through final construction, while successfully engaging and managing vendors from all phases of each project (GC’s, signage…….). I also have extensive experience in prototype development from ‘scratch’ design to final concept. I operate out of our St. Louis office and have been involved in the retail and restaurant design and construction industry for nearly 20 years and I have over 10 years of corporate retail management experience.

During my corporate retail career, I was responsible for the day to day operations of small and large retail outlets including sales, staff, stock and resource management. My accomplished skills include: recruiting, training, supervising and maintaining budgets as well as producing promotional materials and creating in store merchandise displays. I was very effective in promoting and marketing each retail outlet. I also travelled to various locations in the US to assist corporate set up crews in opening new stores.

During my professional broadcasting career I performed DJ duties for radio stations specializing in formats from pop(top 40) to classical to country music. I also provided entertainment at special events including weddings, high school functions and banquets as well as making appearances at concerts and radio station sponsored events.My early broadcast career enabled me to become a sports broadcaster successfully using my talents to build sports programming for a primarily music oriented radio station. I effectively created a daily sports programming schedule and coordinated the broadcasting of local high school sporting events. My broadcast career allowed me to assist our sales staff in creating and writing ads that captured the imagination of our listeners. As Sports Director, I wrote local sports stories to be read by our broadcast staff, as well as wrote, created and produced commercial and promotional ads.
