• Built and managed automated machine learning pipelines to classify and predict household behavior on multiple factors. Levering multiple technologies such as Python, R, Spark, Linux, and Git.• Planned, executed and managed projects to build generalized and reusable products to validate new customer segmentations. The validation suite increased efficiency and streamlined efforts across the business. Resulting in large time savings and increased clarity in the development of new and existing segmentations.

• Designed and conducted an analysis that measured the effectiveness of different adherence-driving programs for the Kroger pharmacy.• Preformed multiple analyses to measure the effectiveness of acquisition strategies for the Kroger pharmacy. • Lead the execution of a project to increase Kroger pharmacy’s ability understand patient medication adherence.

CEAD is a small department within the College of Business at Northern Kentucky University. I was brought on board to assist the center with analyzing data to be used in reports published for CEAD’s clients. Three Student Fellows are generously funded by the Haile | US Bank Foundation.
