Epic Field Development Specialist's primary responsibility is to be onsite support as a Super User for the deployment of the Epic Practice Management System to PDS-supported offices in partnership with the PDS Epic Project team. These team members will focus on ramping new end user’s knowledge of the workflows in the Epic system that will be needed to ensure an efficient and effective patient experience.

The role of the Specialty Regional Manager (SRM) is to coordinate and assist the regional operationsteam to drive Specialty revenue growth (Hygiene, Pediatric Dentistry, Oral Surgery, Periodontics,Orthodontics, Endodontics, and Implants) and facilitate the establishment of a Specialty marketingstrategy for their Region. The SRM ensures each OM operates with a high level of engagement as itrelates to Specialty in order to produce the Perfect Patient Experience (PPE) and financial results. TheSRM effectively utilizes the resources provided by support departments and ensures each Owner Doctorachieves their practice goals. The SRM is accountable for the Company’s achievement of its annual goalsfor the specialty business unit in a manner consistent with the Company’s mission values and strategies.
