I have 19 years of experience in construction and am particularly adept in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. I help provide teams with early estimates to ensure the architect's design and client's budget are compatible. I explore and evaluate alternative materials and systems to generate important cost savings and quality. I use Lean construction practices like pre-fabrication and just-in-time delivery to achieve maximum efficiency and minimal work. My underlying success is predicated upon a collaborative approach that focuses on innovation and productivity in the pursuit of complete client satisfaction.
