Led team in architecture and implementation of Message Audit System to provide visibility to message transfer status, republish capabilities, automated notification processes, and metrics across all Integrations.

Responsible for 20 team members, 66 applications, and partnering with 10 different business directors for relation management.Created Solutions to Support process, to enable successful transition of new applications to the Application Services team. Hands on lead for a large scale multi-year strategic project reporting to the Manager of Selling Systems, and day to day support of Go-To-Market applications. Managed a team of 6 people. Led a $10M Perfect Pallet project that integrated a dynamic routing and truck loading software package into the Order Management and Dispatch application, and automated a manual picking process to voice activated system across 100 locations. The project increased picking accuracy from 85% to 99.8%. Met Wal-Mart accuracy requirements of 99.8% allowing for rapid back door checking through Advanced Ship Notice. Utilization of web services between the software packages and Order Management system enabled real-time updates on nightly picking cycle status and picking metrics.Consolidated 100 dispatch locations into 7 dispatch centers reducing fuel costs by $5M annually.Developed java based programs to dynamically submit delivery handheld unit download files.Responsible for ETL interface processes to refresh Delivery Handheld database nightly and manage all upload and download processes for the delivery handheld units.Successfully managed performance of team including coaching and development plans and promoting employees into senior roles.Created and implemented rotational support process to improve work-life balance for the team and expand the knowledge of team members.

Led project to stabilize Order Management Dispatch application. The java application was redeployed across three servers, eliminating all daily outages during critical business periods. The project also enabled connection pooling and included a custom process to provide automated notification and restart of application server software if the application stopped on any of the three servers.Led project to separate Order Management Dispatch and Delivery databases to a dedicated UNIX server to improve performance of applications and reduce the risk of downtime. Managed all aspects of project, working with Architecture, Infrastructure, and Application teams to plan, test, and execute cutover successfully.Supported daily execution of 2,000 delivery routes that accounted for $9M in sales each day.
