He was the creative director for a team that developed computer-based training courses for the U.S. military and federal law enforcement and intelligence agencies. Mr. Mullins managed the graphics department to provide creative, functional, and instructional graphics and curriculum design support for the Department of Defense’s instructor, computer, and Web-based training development programs.
