As construction technician I undertook a number of roles in various road construction teams including-Supervision, quality assurance, site survey/setout and materials testing. Projects included but were not limited to pavement rehabilitation (cement, lime and foam bitumen stabilisation), Culvert replacements and maintenance, Intersection upgrades, new road construction, bridge construction and general road maintenance activities.
