I believe incremental changes can add up to significant improvements and love to find the ways that a process or project can be improved. Beyond my professional life, I love landscape and cityscape photography. After finding a subject to photography, I will spend hours adjusting the composition until it is just right. Making small adjustments and waiting for the right light is what makes the difference between a good photo and a great one. I want to take this detailed oriented approach to solve the problems of today and tomorrow. There is a parallel between photography and my approach to work, small adjustments added together improve the result tremendously.
