My coaching practice is rooted in Dr. Robert Kegan’s constructive-developmental theory and Immunity to Change coaching method. The Adaptive Edge 1:1 coaching programs guide people through personal transformations, empowering them to change deeply-rooted patterns, reach new levels of emotional intelligence, and upgrade their decision-making and interpersonal communication skills.I also work with schools and organizations in the areas of culture change, systems development, and soft-skill mastery.
